Yo, this term we have been learning about ART.

Artists: 

Pablo Picasso

Vincent Van Gogh.

This art right here is my Graffiti. The one on the right is my cubism. The other pieces of art are Starry Night and Photography and Random art. The person here is Vincent Van Gogh. He was the one who introduced the Starry Night. Vincent Van Gogh passed away  July 29, 1890. We learnt how he expressed his feelings ( like the Starry Night.) My favourite art piece was the Starry Night. How we did this:

Step 1: Copy the draft off a computer.

Step 2: Make an actual copy of the Starry Night.

Steps 3: Get some paint (Yellow, Dark Blue, Light Blue, Black, and White.)

Hi it's me again Te Marama Rifle. This term I we have been working on our science Project. 

My Inquiry question is: 

What causes a shooting star.
I found out that: Dust/ sand and meteor rocks form together and form the Shooting Star. Then the Sun pushes the star to the Earth

Swimming Sports 2016

                                        Swimming Sports.

At swimming sports we were versing each other.

"Go kakapo" shouts kakapo team. We start our chants "Sliding down the water fall landing on a cactus we can beat everyone even on a practice. GO KAKAPO". We start our swimming " Let's go Kakapo let's go" kakapo team hollows.

Kia Ora and Welcome. My name is Te Marama, I am a student of Pirongia School, and I am 9 years old.  This year I want to achieve... To reach a higher level in the spelling test. This year it has been amazing meeting new class mates. It is awesome in Room 8. I can tell you this is the best class ever.
